Delivery of goods

Delivery methods and terms:


1. Delivery of parcels to your specified address in Europe by courier. If you choose this method, you will be able to receive your goods at home.
Delivery time: 3-14 business days.


2. Delivery of parcels to your specified address in Lithuania by courier. If you choose this method, you will be able to receive your goods at home.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days.


3. Delivery of parcels in Lithuania by bus.
Delivery time: 1 business day.


4. Delivery of parcels in Lithuania by parcel terminal (Omniva, Venipak, LP Express, DPD)
Delivery time: 2-3 business days.


5. You can pick up your goods free of charge at our physical store in Alytus.

Returns

1. If the buyer changes their mind, the goods can be returned to MB “Smagresta” (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) without specifying the reason for the return within 14 business days.


2. Goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the end of the return period falls on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.


3. To return the goods, the Buyer must write a request for the return of the goods and submit it together with the returned goods, attaching proof of payment.


4. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.


5. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:


5.1. Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
5.2. Goods must be undamaged, unused, and not attempted to be assembled (this point does not apply when returning defective goods).
5.3. the goods must not have lost their commercial appearance; this point does not apply when returning defective goods;
5.4. the returned goods must be in the same set as received by the Buyer;


6. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure set out in this article.


7. In all cases of return, the Buyer must first contact MB “Smagresta” and only after receiving information from a company employee, return the goods by courier or deliver them to the company’s headquarters.


8. When the wrong goods or defective goods are returned, the Seller undertakes to take such goods and replace them with suitable or quality goods. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable or high-quality goods, or the Buyer does not want these goods, the Seller shall refund the Buyer the money paid for the goods.
